OUR RETURN POLICY:

UAE orders:

We have every confidence that you will love your Dazed & Engaged products, however, if for any reason you would like to make a return or exchange, we will be happy to accept following the below terms and conditions:

  • The item(s) must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of first receiving the parcel
  • For domestic orders within the UAE, a collection fee of 25aed will be charged to collect your return/ exchange item(s)
  • For online card payments we offer refunds or store credit if requested
  • Refunds will be issued in original form of payment (Online Card Payment only) and must be accompanied by receipt with the merchandise in the original condition
  • Items must be returned or exchanged in sellable condition, unworn, unmarked, un-used, free from any foreign odour and in original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange
  • Some items are not eligible for refund or exchange. All items eligible for refund or exchange are clearly marked on each product page under Returns and Exchanges
  • We will not be able to accept any Refund or Exchange requests for items that are marked as non-refundable, unless damaged or faulty on delivery
  • Please be sure to read all product descriptions and sizing information before making your purchase
  • Please note, Shipping Fees will not be refunded

    Faulty Items:

    • If your item(s) is faulty or damaged on delivery, please click here to report the item as damaged or faulty
    • We provide free collection for all faulty of Damaged items if approved by our customer care team
    • All reported damaged and faulty items must be reported within 2 days of you receiving the items.

       

      For International orders

      • Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of date shown on the dispatch note
      • International return shipping charges, customs duties and any other charges to be paid by the customer
      • If a shipment remains in customs for more than 14 days and is subsequently returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering all associated return charges. In such cases, we will process only store credit after deducting the return shipping charges, duties and taxes
      • For International orders, unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange any item then this will be treated as a return and you must place a new order for the item you would like instead

        Sale Items:

        • We do not offer refunds for Any Sale Items. Sale Items can either receive store credit for the same value of the product(s) or Exchange with the same product of different size

        Processing time:

        • We process all of our return and exchange items within 7 days of receiving the item(s)
        • Refunds may take up to 14 working days to process
